How long have you been playing WoW? How about this class/spec?: 2 Years. I have played this toon for the last 3 months.

If you were to rank yourself among the other members of your class on a scale from 1 to 10 (10 being the best) what would your score be? Why?:I rank myself a seven. I know the class and spec very well. I keep up with changes and the patch notes to make sure I am always maxing my dps. However I am still lack some gear.

What is your raiding experience (25/40 man, including BC and Classic WoW, if applicable)?: BC: TK, SSC. Wrath: ICC 10/25 NAXX 10/25 ULDUAR 10/25 RUBY SANCTUM 10/25 (no halion kill).

Why did you choose to apply to us and what do you think you can bring to our guild?: I have great raid awareness and always focusing on pushing my dps. I am currently applying after running last week with your group. I enjoyed it and how it was run.

Your experience with Might and Magic's members: ICC 25 last week. was invited 2 times last week

At which hours do you usually play?: evenings and late nights.

Can you raid Sunday through Thursday from 7:40 PM to 11:30 PM server time (EST)?: Yes Unless I am called in to work

Can you get on vent and do you have a microphone?: Yes.

If you were able to go back in time and witness one historical event what would it be?: The first wow convention

What is your current occupation (student, job, retired, bum, etc.)?: Security Guard

Anything interesting that you would like to add (age, other games you have played, etc.): I'm 24 and enjoy playing with a more mature group who tends to take things serious but knows how to have a good time.

I remember you joining us for a previous raid and I remember being less than impressed. I also recall that you did not have epic gems in most of your slots and your gear was less than desirable.

However, I see that you have improved on those 2 things significantly since I last remember. If you continue to improve at this rate, then I see a positive future for you.

A few suggestions though:
I would use orange gems instead of yellow for haste. Your gear is already looking a little off balance as far as spell power and haste go. At 800 haste, you should be around 3k spell power and you're not close.

Since you are a tailor, you should be using lightweave on your cape and not 23 haste. You should also have Black Magic on your main hand. Even if you preferred the spell power, you should have 63 and not 50. Also enchant both rings, not just one. Even if you hit exalted with Ashen Verdict 2 days later, it should be done at every stage.

Replace that hit trinket ASAP. You are over the hit cap by more than 2.5% (self-buffed) already and you could use the stats elsewhere.

Unfortunately at your current gear level you are way behind the curve. If someone is willing to vouch for you we may be able to invite you as an fnf until your gear improves, this would give you a little more visibility into the guild and may help you get 10m runs, VoA runs, and will give you a chance to fill in in a raid if the need comes up.

I've only had this toon at 80 for about 3 weeks so there are still some things I am working on. Thank you for taking the time to look into my application. I have gone in and made more changes as suggested. Thank you for the extra pointers. Much appreciated!
